Lee Durham
Founder & CEO
Lee has over 20 years of media experience with established organizations such as Lin Broadcasting, Cox Television, ESPN, and Cox Enterprises. At Cox, Lee was hired to run a newly acquired division called Cox Video Marketing. Lee’s media experience began in local TV sales and includes network sales representation with ESPN. His has extensive contacts with leading broadcasters and has helped develop numerous emerging technology platforms for media. Lee has a B.A. from Hillsdale College.
Matt Sabath
Founder and COO, CTO
Matt has extensive technology and operational experience. Prior to co-founding LSN, Matt was the COO for Webfill.com where he was responsible for the architecture and management of an e-commerce solution for television media properties. Prior to that, Matt worked at Syntellect, where he sold and managed interactive voice response solutions targeted to the direct marketing industry, and at UST, where he was responsible for sales and management of business to business telemarketing solutions. Matt has a BS in Finance from Southern Illinois University.
Kurt Bonatz
Investor and CFO
Kurt started his career with Andersen and Deloitte before starting Search Financial, an accounting consulting and staffing firm. After growing the company to over $14 million in revenue in four years, he merged his firm with private GTCR-backed Accretive Solutions. Kurt was instrumental in growing this firm to $130 million in revenue before investing and joining LSN and has started and invested in several other successful business ventures. Kurt earned his CPA Certificate in 1987 and has a BS in Accounting from Clemson University.
Anne Marie Begley
Vice President, New Media Sales
Anne Marie has more than 18 years experience in the telecommunications and media industry. Prior to joining LSN, she was a director at Viacom working for MTV Networks specializing in trending and executive planning, global brand positioning, multi-platform sales strategy, new media and multicultural sales & marketing and field marketing consulting. Anne Marie received her B.A. at the Grady School of Journalism at the University of Georgia.
Derrick DeCarlo
Vice President, New Media Sales
Derrick has over 20 years of sales and consulting experience in technology working with broadcasters and local media outlets. At LSN, he works with television stations across the country in leveraging their new media assets with revenue opportunities as well marketing and promotional strategies.
David Spear
EVP, Sales and Marketing, Mobile Technologies
David Spear brings 20+ years of leadership and functional expertise in the areas of sales, marketing, business development, and international business to LSN. He has held positions in large and small companies, in technology, branded consumer products, supply chain logistics, consulting, and government. Most recently, David was a Principal in the consulting firm Paiva-Fredricksen Group, LLC – a firm that focuses on improving a company’s ability to execute and drive results. Prior to this, David held the position of VP, Business Development for Catalina Marketing Corp. of St.Petersburg, FL, a $420 million technology company. Additionally, he has held numerous management positions over a 10 year period at The Coca-Cola Company, where he gained broad knowledge in several key functional assignments, such as brand marketing, national account sales, and worldwide customer best practices. Prior to Coke, he spent 2.5 years at UPS Worldwide Logistics, where he consulted with large companies such as Gateway Computer, HP, and Dell, setting up numerous business networks and operations. In his spare time, David was an Adjunct Instructor at the Goizueta Business School from 1998 – 2006. He earned a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
